Kyocera Rise has hopped on to Virgin MobileUSA. The device is said to be a perfect choice for those who would want to purchase an Android smartphone at an affordable price.

Though there isn’t any wow factor in the features as such, this budget smartphone which runs Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich comes with a simple design and hardware.

Powered by a 1GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon MSM8655 single-core processor, the handset works smooth and the slide out four row QWERTY keyboard helps to type messages conveniently.

Other important basic specifications include a 3.5 inch HVGA touch screen display with 320x 480 pixel resolution and a 3.2 megapixel rear facing camera with LED flash, 512MB of RAM, Bluetooth and Wi-Fi.
