Samsung 5.7-inch Galaxy Note 3 Likely at IFA 2013

At Berlin’s IFA conference in mid-September, Samsung is expected to reveal the Galaxy Note 3. It was earlier rumored to be unpacked on September 4. But now we hear Samsung won’t make the announcement before IFA. Reports say that the Note 3 would appear only during the IFA, which starts on 13 September and concludes on 16th September.

Things don’t stop there. The latest news is that the Note 3 won’t feature a 5.9-inch display. Instead, it will be sporting a 5.7-inch Super AMOLED display with full HD 1920x1080p resolution. 0.2 inch choppiness suggests that the device will appear closer to the Galaxy Note 2. Samsung had launched its Galaxy Mega as both 6.3-inch and 5.9-inch variants.

Though featuring a smaller screen size, the device will be powered by a quad-core Snapdragon 900 processor and would boast LTE-Advanced 4G connectivity.

At the IFA last year, the company revealed Galaxy Note 2 and had attracted many eyeballs at that time. So it’s a huge possibility that the Note 3 would appear there this year. Keep watching this space.
