Considering the price, the device is a good grab with 5-inch full HD display. The smartphone is powered by a 1.5GHz quad-core processor packed with 1GB of RAM. This dual SIM phone can store 8GB of memory, but with microSD it can be expanded up to 32 GB. The two SIM card slots support 3G. The consumers will get an additional benefit of 2GB of free data on Spice Cloud.

The device runs Android 4.2 Jelly Bean OS and sports an 8 MP rear camera with dual LED flash and also a 2MP front facing snapper.

The powerhouse for the device is a 2,100 mAh battery and is accessible to Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, GPS/aGPS connectivity.

The device has gone up for pre-booking on Saholic. The device will be made available in retail stores starting July 20. It is likely that it would face stiff competition from Micromax Canvas 4, which was recently launched with a Rs. 17,999 price tag, as well as the Xolo Play which is available for Rs. 15,999.

Verdict: Good buy for a reasonable price.
