Review: Samsung Galaxy Note II

Phablets are larger than a smartphone but just not large enough to call itself a tablet. That’s what exactly the Samsung Galaxy Note II is. Well, Samsung became the first successful manufacturer of a phablet device with the introduction of their Galaxy Note last year. After its huge success Samsung decided to create its sequel, the Galaxy Note II.

Galaxy Note II is really a huge device with its 5.5 inch display, which you may feel difficult to hold as a phone. But after holding it for a while, you will be okay with it. The display of the device looks great but it lacks the RGB matrix, which means there are other better devices available on the market.

You needn’t worry about the performance too. It offers a high speed performance that is smooth as butter. Thanks to the speedy 1.6GHz quad-core Exynos processor and Android 4.1 Jelly Bean, the phablet gives decent performance.

Samsung’s S Pen Stylus, the key attractive feature in the Note II device,  is quite impressive. It allows writing and drawing directly to the screen and you can’t resist yourself by using this Pen.

Verdict

Galaxy Note II has everything what you need in your smartphone. It is fast, strong, better looking, and more functional.
