Review: Nokia Lumia 620

With their new Lumia handset range, mobile phone manufacturer Nokia offers both color and choice for their customers. The latest low-end handset in the series, the Lumia 620 is priced at just $259 and available in white, green, blue, yellow and red color.

The Lumia 620 handset comes with the same high-end plastic case and Windows Phone operating system buttons. The back case of the device is removable, so that you can pick your favorite color.

Three Windows Phone buttons sit on the right-hand side of the device – a camera button, volume rocker and an on/off button. A micro-USB port is provided at its bottom for charging/synching duties and a 3.5mm headphone jack is situated at the top of the handset. The handset measures 115.4×61.1x 11mm thick and weighs 127g.

The Lumia 620 sports a 3.8-inch display and has a pixel resolution of 800×480. It is powered by a dual core 1GHz Snapdragon S4 model from Qualcomm. The handset also includes 8GB of storage space, 512 MB of RAM and a 1300mAh battery.

The Windows Phone 8 OS supports a handful of new and long-awaited features such as wallet feature for storing debit/credit cards, coupons and boarding passes. The handset also features customized Nokia apps like Nokia Music, Maps, Drive and so on.


If you are in the market looking for a colorful smartphone with smart features, then the Lumia 620 is made for you. This cheap, but trendy, handset packs almost everything available in an expensive phone.
