Review: LG Optimus G

Optimus G is the latest high-end smartphone device from LG with a quad core SnapDragon S4 Pro processor. The handset is considered a masterpiece device from the company that is capable of competing with the Apple iPhone5 and the Samsung Galaxy S III.

The device sports a 4.7 inch IPS display (1280 x 768) and the back side has a smooth glass-based finish. The IPS display offers a more natural rendering of colors.

Under the hood, the device sports a quad-core 1.5 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Pro processor, and also 2GB RAM.

The 13 mega pixel shooter supports auto focus, panorama, face detection, burst shooting modes and various scene modes. The device also includes an 8 mega pixel camera.

Sprint has announced its LG Optimus G with a retail price of $ 199.99 along with a two year contract while AT&T has too announced its Optimus G version on November 2.


LG Optimus G is an excellent smartphone when compared to the other high end devices in the current market. It promises a better build quality and a cool user interface.
