HTC One X+ Hardware Specs Out

Some of the hardware specs for the rumored HTC One X+ have arrived online thanks to Football4PDA. Last month, a possible benchmark for the One X+ was discovered on NenaMark’s website, leading many to believe HTC was about to announce a successor to their flagship One X smartphone.

This device will be the successor to the original HTC One X that launched with Ice Cream Sandwich earlier this year.

The OneX+ is expected to run Android 4.1 JellyBean and use HTC’s own Sense 4.5 UI. The battery is said to remain at 1800mAh, which is not such great news for those who had power issues with the original One X.

HTC September 19th Event May See Windows Phone 8 Devices Launch

HTC has send out invitations to September 19th event where it will officially release its new HTC 8X and the HTC 8S – both Windows Phone 8 devices.

The invitation says nothing more about the event, but it features two circles that may be seen as representing an 8.

Going by guesswork, HTC could be launching the Windows Phone 8 at the event and the symbol might be a hint at the Windows 8.

We had already told you about the highly rumored HTC Accord device, which is believed to be the next smartphone from the phone maker.

The grapevine is already abuzz with rumors on Windows Phone 8 devices flying thick and fast.

Garnering some attention in such a scenario is none other than HTC, who is ready with its new smartphone Accord.

It also includes a 5 megapixel rear facing camera with LED flash and 4GB of built-in memory.

HTC Endeavor C2 Offers Improved Performance; to Arrive by Oct 1

It is difficult to admit defeat for a venture like HTC, and that may be why the company is still looking for success through their upcoming device called HTC One X+, the successor to the current HTC OneX in the phonemaker’s One series.

The device, we hear, might also sport the codename HTC Endeavor C2.

There are rumors that this new device will feature a 1.7 GHz quad-core processor with an improved battery while comparing with HTC OneX. But it is unclear whether HTC is planning a better power management or a larger battery.

Powered by a NVIDIA Tegra 3+ chipset, the device will also be available in new colors.

HTC Proto Said to Sport Better Specifications than the One V

Ever heard of the Proto? No? Okay, it is a new HTC handset expected to launch later this year. After the success of the One X, One S and One V, HTC is all set to introduce a the device codenamed Proto.

We hear the Proto will hold better specifications than One V from HTC.

The rumors even claim that a 1GHz dual-core MSM8225 processor and Beats Audio with 7.2 Mbps HSPA will be thrown in. Further expansion of storage is possible through a 32GB microSD memory card.

Spotted: Black HTC One S with T-Mobile Branding

HTC originally unveiled the One S at the Mobile World Congress in February.

The company then had displayed a gray version as well as a micro arc oxidized black model. The gray version has been available on T-Mobile in the United States since this April. Though we expected the black version to hit T-Mobile some time in June, there was no official confirmation regarding this.

So, were were happy to spot a black version with a complete T-Mobile branding. A few photos of the device with T-Mobile branding and a red camera accent were released by various sources. The boxes for the device also had T-Mobile-branding.
