Motorola DROID RAZR HD Gets FCC Nod; May Arrive Soon

Remember the leaked pictures of DROID RAZR HD? The latest piece of information we get to know about the device is that it has just got FCC approval. That means the device is on its way to our midst.

The international version of the device comes with LTE radios, with bands such as 4(AWS) and 17(700 MHz).

Well, theUScarrier AT&T is using both these bands. But we are not expecting this device on AT&T carrier, simply because AT&T recently launched the similar Atrix HD.

Therefore, the band 4 AWSLTE could indicate that the Motorola DROID RAZR HD will be launched forCanada. Again the 2G/3G bands will obviously make it a device for the international market.

Talking of the device’s specifications, it is expected to come with a 4.3-inch qHD Super AMOLED Advanced Display and will be powered by a dual-core MSM8960 Snapdragon S4 processor.

The device will sport a 3-megapixel front-facing camera and an 8-megapixel rear-facing camera and pre installed with Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich.

The leaked images earlier showed various variants of the RAZR HD with slight differences. One of the leaked pictures showed a Kevlar backing, while other picture of the device was without Kevlar.

We are not sure about its appearance, but one thing is sure. One version of the Motorola RAZR HD  has been granted the FCC approval and the company is planning to launch the device very soon.
