LG Optimus L7 Android Ice Cream Sandwich Smartphone Out

Looks like the European and Asian markets have just turned lucky, with LG rolling out their latest smartphone christened LG Optimus L7. The LG Optimus L7 is powered by an Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich OS and will carry a 1 GHz ARMv7 processor with a Qualcomm chipset.

It will display a 4.3 inch capacitive multi-touch screen with 480 x 800 pixel resolution. The device will include within itself a 512 MB RAM and 2400 MB inbuilt storage memory with microSD slots for expansion purposes which can be expanded to a maximum limit of 32 GB.

Further, a 5 mega pixel camera with LED Flash which can take photos at a resolution of 2592 x 1944 pixels with features like Autofocus, ISO control, Geo tagging, Panorama, scenes and self timer, has been incorporated.

The camera can record videos at 640 x 480 @ 30 fps. It also has a VGA camera on the front for video calling purposes. It has connectivity options like Bluetooth 3.0, Wi-Fi and USB. The Adreno 200 GPU should provide a smooth experience and lastly it includes a 1700 mAh battery.

The expected price of the phone is Rs 1900. For that price, it doesn’t look much of a good purchase, but still we can’t really say anything unless we test it out ourselves.
