HTC Accord First Windows 8 Handset to Sport Beats Audio

The grapevine is already abuzz with rumors on Windows Phone 8 devices flying thick and fast.

Garnering some attention in such a scenario is none other than HTC, who is ready with its new smartphone Accord.

Significant is the fact that the Accord will not only house the usual Beats Audio controls similar to HTC’s Android-based One X and One S, but a  special Beats Audio application will also available that would allow users to control the output on the handset in the device’s setting option.

HTC Accord, then, will be the first Windows 8 device to come sporting this technology.

HTC’s Accord is a 4.3-inch Windows Phone 8 handset with a 1280 x 720 pixel resolution HD display, a 1.5GHz dual-core Snapdragon S4 processor and an 8-megapixel rear camera.

Like HTC One X, the Beats Audio logo will displayed on the lower back of Accord handset.

We also hear that HTC might throw in the Beats Audio app to its other upcoming Windows Phone 8 devices such as the Zenith and Rio too.

HTC is expected to announce its Windows Phone 8 devices in the third week of September.

We might get to see the Accord launching alongside the Zenith and Rio at one single event.
