Dell Latitude 10 Windows 8 Tablet Gears Up for Launch

Dell had sometime ago faced bad times with their tablets. But the company is not planning on taking the exit route soon. We say this because we hear that Dell will be launching a new Windows 8 based tablet called the Dell Latitude 10 soon.

The device is said to be spruced up with amazing specifications, which should be enough for anyone who wants a decent tablet.

The Dell Latitude 10 is powered by Microsoft Windows 8 OS and will carry an Intel Clover Trail Atom Dual Core processor for better than average power. The device will display a 10.1 inch HD capacitive multi-touch screen at a resolution of 1366 x 768 pixels.

It will include an integrated graphics chipset and 2 GB RAM. You can store 128 GB worth of files in the SSD disk it offers which is lightning fast.

The device allows you to take pictures at an awesome resolution of 8 mega pixel and it allows you to Skype with your best buddy or family with the 2 megapixel camera on the front for video calling.

It comes with Bluetooth and Wi-Fi connectivity, a fingerprint reader for added security, Stereo headphone/microphone combo jack, mobile broadband, integrated speakers and a microUSB charging port as well as a stylus if a drawing app comes up.

Although it is slightly bigger and heavier than the iPad, it still seems like a really good, powerful tablet and should measure up to whatever price it may ask.
