Bell BlackBerry Bold 9790 on End of Life Status

Folks, do you remember the BlackBerry’s Bold 9790? Yes, the little brother of BlackBerry’s 9900.  The handset is in fact Blackberry’s shiny device with a physical QWERTY keyboard launched on December 2, 2012.

The latest we hear about this phone is that wireless carrierBellhas decided to place this RIM device on End of Life status.

The key feature of the BlackBerry 9790 is its physical QWERTY keyboard. It sports a 2.45-inch touchscreen display with 480 by 360 pixels of resolution and its 245 ppi pixel density offers nice and good image display.

The device is smaller and lighter than the 9900 and is made up of the high quality materials and easy to handle.

Well, the device is still in stores, but if clients who are looking for a similar device the stores would now direct them to the superior version Bold 9900 that holds a 2.8 inch touch-screen and also a QWERTY keyboard.

The other features of 9900 are its 768 MB of RAM, 5 megapixel camera and 8 GB of built-in memory. The device  is powered by a 1.2 GHz processor and works on Windows 7 operating system.
