Apple and Samsung Reveal Sales Details

The Apple Vs Samsung fight has revealed some interesting facts about the two companies’ sales reports from June 2010 to July 2012.

According to the sales documents, Samsung sold 21.5 million smartphones in the United Sates from June 2010 to July 2012 with generating revenue of $7.5 billion.

Sprint, Samsung’s best carrier partner for the Galaxy S series with the Samsung Epic 4G (Galaxy S1) and the Samsung Galaxy S II Epic 4G Touch accounting for 1.9 million and 1.67 million units.

And for Samsung, the Epic 4G was the biggest benefit provider with a profit of $855 million between 2010 and 2012. Altogether, Samsung sold 4.1 million Galaxy SII devices during the period.

At the same time, Apple has also released some sales details without going to the particulars about the devices and numbers.

Their sales report says, since 2007 company has sold around 85.9 million iPhones in the United States only which worth around $50 billion.

The company’s iPads and iPods sale also brought in good profit. Almost 46 million iPod touches and 34 million iPads were sold with gathering a total of $29.3 billion in revenue. For each iPhone, Apple has bagged an amount of $590.
